Reservations
- You can book through our website. This form of reservation is binding. With the registration of a reservation order, the general terms and conditions come into effect.
- Each reservation is confirmed by the owner by means of a reservation confirmation email.
- A payment link will be sent with the e-mail message and the rental payment must be made. In case of late payment of the rent, the owner has the right to cancel the period reserved for the rental of the vacation apartments. For the reimbursement of rent already paid, no reference may be made to any article of these general terms and conditions. In that case, the cancellation conditions described in these terms and conditions shall apply.
Cancellation policy;
- Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will only be refunded according to the following conditions:
- Cancellations will only be accepted by email or WhatsApp, indicating the reservation number and days of reservation.
- If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged;
- Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival. If you change your mind, you will receive a full refund (D-7).
- In case of no-show, the full rent must be paid. We advise you to take out a good travel and cancellation insurance.
- In the rare event that we need to cancel your reservation with us, please note that we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
